What VisaPrep AI is
VisaPrep AI is a practice and preparation tool to help users rehearse for visa interviews through simulated questions, AI-generated feedback, and sample answers.
VisaPrep AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government, embassy, consulate, or immigration authority of any country. It is not a law firm or immigration consultancy, and does not provide legal or immigration advice.
No guarantee of outcome
Any score, feedback, verdict, or suggested answer in the App is an AI-generated estimate for practice purposes only — not a prediction or guarantee of a real visa outcome. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority. We are not liable for any visa denial, delay, or adverse outcome connected to your use of the App.
Not legal or immigration advice
For guidance specific to your situation, consult a licensed immigration attorney or accredited immigration consultant. Visa rules change frequently — you're responsible for verifying current requirements with official government sources.
AI-generated content
Questions, feedback, scores, and sample answers are AI-generated and may occasionally be inaccurate or not applicable to your specific situation. You're responsible for independently verifying any factual claims before relying on them.
No storage of real application data
Never enter real, sensitive government ID numbers or confidential application details into the App. Only enter general, non-sensitive information for personalization purposes.
User accounts
You're responsible for your account credentials and for providing accurate information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the App (including abuse of AI features).
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App unlawfully, attempt to extract or reverse-engineer its question database or AI systems, or use generated content to create fraudulent application materials for submission to any government authority.
Payments
VisaPrep AI is currently free to use. If paid features are introduced in the future, purchases will be processed through your device's app store and subject to that store's terms, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.
Intellectual property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by VisaPrep AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisaPrep AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including visa denial, missed interviews, or reliance on AI-generated content. The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
Age requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to use VisaPrep AI, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Changes
We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
